Of Elves & Magic Frenzy Rules

In order to obtain a dragon, you must submit a character whos information and/or story is on a webpage. No page, no dragon. NO PET PAGES, LIVEJOURNALS, OR PERSONAL SITES! If you have any questions, ask.

Please keep all candidates humaniod if they are not from Pern. I will accept anything as long as they can look human. Anthros, shapeshifters, and even vampires are welcome to the FGPC. Dragon Candidates are my last resort but you can send in one dragon to bond/Impress for this Frenzy. Winged wolves are able to Impress but you must ask me before you send them in.

I do not allow copied pages! Stats and stories must be of your own creation. If you use a layout or graphics that you did not make, please give credit where it is due.

As I do not have genetics to go by for these clutches, everything is going to be done the 'old fashion' method - whatever I think looks good. You may ask for a certian color but I am limited to the colors of the parents and their pedigree (if available).

Please keep your page at a PG-13 rating. If it is above this please note this on your page to warn other younger viewers of the content. If it must have R rated material do not exsagerate. I'm over 18 and have no problem with such but to use such things modestly. Swearing dose not bother me (any more...) though keep the choosen words true to the world.

There is no limit of pets though a traditional rule was THREE. Winged wolves do not count as pets; they are companions, a best friend. Please use discression when giving a charcter more then three pets, please.

Candidates do not have set age but they must be at least 13 years old in maturity/mentally so that they can handel the hatchling. As this is a Frenzy, their is a theme to the clutch.

Shouldn't be too hard, eh? I'm taking it easy on you all. :P

Filler or stat candidates are being accepted for this though I would prefer to read some stories, too. :D

You can use the FGPC's three official Searchriders or the two dragons who are helping sniff out the more magical candidates. Kesukiath and Hontori are both sires for clutches for the Frenzy, too. Their bonds are not going with them so they often will accompany anouther Searchrider to a new world. Also, Tay is also Searching for this Clutch as he is one of the elves who started it.

I only have the adult images for the Frenzy so their will be no wait for your dragon to grow to adulthood.

As of this moment, their is no limit for how many candidates you can send in. However, I never planned for this to be a huge event. If I have to, five will be the limit total. If you want one dragon from each clutch, please let me know before hand.

For the Frenzy, you cannot request dragon names as each clutch will be going by the parent's naming styles.

Once your characters bonds, they may leave the WeyrHall for there intended location. One of my riders, or your own, can bring the newly bonded to their new homes.

This is a given but highly powerful, magical candidates need to refrain from too much magic use - if any at all. Even Tabyen and the visisting Necromancers, Aenon and Jarel, are under these rules. This is still Pern. We don't have to be giving the weyrbrats nightmares after all. :P (Kesukiath can do that on his own just fine. hee-hee).
